My curtain rings came and they make such a difference to me! They really do make them look so much better (Thank you for the suggestion Anna!).
I finally found a rod for the bedroom closet that I liked. I looked everywhere for a rod that could mount in the opening but I couldn’t find anything except for crappy tension rods and my experience with them in the past has not been good. I think once the curtain is shortened it will look excellent and I love how it ties in with the light shade and the shears.
Edit- I’m going to buy more rings for the closet curtain, I don’t think there are enough right now.
Oh, I missed this post before!
The rings look GREAT. I take back what I said about getting rid of the curtains — this was all they needed to look more relaxed and at ease with the room.
I agree that the closet curtain needs more rings. I always try to skimp on rings, and regret when the curtain looks all saggy…and then I inevitably can’t find more matching rings!
By the way, in case you need them in the future, you can get interior mount rods here.
Anna- Thank you! The curtain rings made all the difference! I’m wondering if should order an interior mount rod or just leave what I have done alone? I’m so bad at decisions!!
Anna- Also, how did you fix my pics before and do you know what I am doing wrong? It used to work for me, now it doesn’t!
Since you don’t have enough rings for the closet curtain right now you can also “pleat” the curtain using the clips on the rings to gather some of the fullness. (you know, fold over about 3-4 inches and clip through both layers every 5-6 inches – it makes sense right?)
Love your curtains! I have the exact same one you used for your closet on my windows in my office. 🙂 I love them! So nice and thick and sturdy. 🙂 Things are really looking great! Good job!
